What we hear before service.
Six things owners of restaurants, cafés and venues tell us, and what actually fixes each one.
People call to ask if we’re open
They checked first and didn’t trust what they saw. The Visibility Baseline gets your hours and your menu or order link right on Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp and Facebook.
Our photos don’t look as good as our food
A Media Day: a photographer and videographer from our network, directed by us, shooting your dishes, your room and your team in one planned day.
Our hours on Facebook are two years old
The Facebook and Instagram setup puts the right hours, phone and button on both, and makes the business the owner of its own page.
People call to order and I miss half of them
Orders, packages or bookings with deposits on your own site with The Online Storefront Build, confirmed without a phone call.
Catering requests come in by text, DM and voicemail
Catering and events get their own page on your site with a request form, and every request sent through it counted.
Regulars come once a season and forget about us
Your guest list cleaned and set up on your own domain with email and text, so the next event or new menu reaches people who already like you.

Where we’d start.
Most restaurants and venues start with Google, because that’s where people check if you’re open, look at the menu and tap for directions.

Right where they check, before they come.
Your Google profile completed with your hours, photos and menu or order link, your details matched on Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp and Facebook, and a review card for the table. Calls from your Google profile, call-button taps, direction requests and clicks counted.

Then, every month.
Specials, events and seasons change every week. A plan keeps up with them. You approve what goes out, and you see the numbers.
Covered runs one part, Growing any two, Handled all three. Found is Google and your listings. Seen is your posts, photos and profiles. Chosen is your site, your ordering or booking, and past customers coming back.

Month to month: leave any time. If any counted item on your list misses its month because of us, that month is free. How the plans work

What we count for a dining room.
Four numbers that mean someone reached for the phone, the order or the door. Read with you every month on a plan.

Questions owners ask.

Our hours change with the season. Can Google keep up?
The Visibility Baseline gets your hours right everywhere once. On a plan running Found, your seasonal and holiday hours are set on Google and every listing before they change.
Can people order or book from our own site?
Yes. The Online Storefront Build takes orders, packages or bookings with deposits, paid into your own Stripe or Square account. Already using an ordering or reservation tool? The Visibility Baseline points your Google profile at it.
Do you shoot the food?
Yes, on a Media Day: a local photographer and videographer from our network, directed by us and planned shot by shot from a brief you approve. You don’t hire or manage anyone.
We do weddings and private events. Where do those requests go?
To you, and they’re counted. A website build gives events and catering their own pages, each with a request form, and every request is tracked with your other numbers.
We’re outside Olympia. Do you still work with us?
Yes. We meet in person across Thurston County and travel for the right fit. Websites, Google, listings and email happen online, for businesses anywhere in the US.

Tell us what you do and where. Within two business days you get one page: what customers see when they search for you, and the three fixes we’d start with. Free, and yours to keep, whether or not we ever work together.
