Your email address is part of your reputation
A quote from a free email address reads differently than one from your own domain. Customers, property owners and event clients notice. Email on your domain also stays with the business: when someone leaves, the mailbox and its history don't walk out the door with them.
Deliverability is the other half. Gmail and Outlook check SPF, DKIM and DMARC before deciding inbox or spam. Without those records, confirmations, invoices and replies to new inquiries can land where nobody sees them. The records live in your DNS, which is why email ties straight into hosting and domains. For a lot of Olympia businesses, this is the first thing a new customer sees from you that isn’t your website.

Questions owners ask.
How do I get a business email with my own domain?
You need a domain you control and an email platform, usually Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. The platform holds the mailboxes; your domain's DNS records tell the world to deliver mail there and prove it's really from you. We set up both sides, up to 5 mailboxes, and test it before handing it over.
Will you move my old emails over?
Not as part of the setup. Moving old mail from another account is quoted per mailbox, because it depends on how much there is and where it's coming from. Some owners simply keep the old account open for a while and start fresh on the new one.
Who pays for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
You do, directly. License fees are billed to you by Google or Microsoft, so the account is yours from day one and doesn't depend on us. Our setup covers the work of getting it running correctly.
Do I need ongoing help after email is set up?
Usually not. Once the records are right, email runs on its own. If you're on Stellers Hosting, your domain and DNS are looked after too, so when you add a new tool that sends email as you, its records get added correctly.
