How it actually goes.

What happens after you say yes, how much of your time it takes, what you hand over, and what happens if it doesn’t work. Straight answers, then the dates.

Straight answers.

What happens after I pay?
Within two business days, an email from Payton: your kickoff time, the accounts this job needs, and the steps to add us to each one as a manager, so your passwords stay yours wherever the platform allows it. From the kickoff, the dates on the page you bought from start.
How much of my time does it take?
A kickoff that fits the job: 20 minutes for a single fix, up to a few hours to plan a full website. After that it’s mostly approvals: we write it, shoot it and post it, and you say yes or change it. Approve within 3 business days and everything stays on schedule.
What do I hand over?
Logins, and only the ones the job needs. Your photos and your words help. Where an offer includes writing or a shoot, its page says so, and Media Day is there when you have nothing to show yet.
Who does the work?
Payton, who started Stellers, from the first call to every monthly read. Shoots go to photographers and videographers from a small Olympia network we direct and check. You never get passed around, and you can call or text him: (206) 551-6957.
What do I own?
All of it. Every account, domain, file and photo is in your business’s name. We work as a manager on it, never the owner.
What if nothing moves?
Every website build carries The 90-Day Movement Guarantee: if not one of your four numbers is higher 90 days after launch, your next month of Always-Current Site Care or your plan is free. On a monthly plan, if any counted item on your list misses its month because of us, that month is free. The full terms
How do I leave?
Monthly plans run month to month and end with the month you’ve paid for. No exit fees, and a clean copy of everything whenever you ask.
What will it cost, all in?
The price on the page. A website adds hosting after launch, from $55/mo. Anything bigger is quoted flat before we start, and nothing is billed that you didn’t agree to. Tools in your name keep their own fees, like an email tool past its free plan, a texting tool or your booking app, and we name them before we start. Every price on one page

The first 30 days, dated.

Shown on The Visibility Baseline, where most businesses start. Builds follow the same shape. Monthly plans run kickoff, first batch to approve within 7 days, setup done within 30, and your first read by the 5th business day of the next month. Every page lists its own dates.

  1. Today

Send a short brief, or call or text. Within two business days you get the payment link and a kickoff time. No sales call needed.

  2. Day 1

A 20-minute kickoff. You add us as manager on your Google profile and send three logins. We record your starting numbers.

  3. Days 2 to 13

We do the work. Nothing is needed from you unless we need a yes, and then it comes in one message.

  4. Day 14

The handover: a recorded walkthrough of everything we changed, and a one-page guide to your logins and your numbers.

  5. Day 30

The results call: before and after, side by side, with a month of your own tracking. Then an honest read on what’s next, if anything.

The four numbers we read with you

Not traffic, not followers. Four numbers that mean someone reached for the phone, the form or the door.

  1. Calls from your online channelsTaps on your site’s call button, counted by Google Analytics, plus calls from your Google profile, from Google’s own count. Calls dialed by hand aren’t counted.
  2. RequestsForms, quote requests, bookings and orders sent through your site, counted by Google Analytics as each one goes in. A booking or order in another tool counts where that tool allows it.
  3. VisitsDirection requests and website clicks from your Google profile, from Google’s own count. A direction request is someone planning the trip to you.
  4. New reviewsNew reviews on your Google profile, counted from the profile.

Four numbers, whatever kind of business you run. Each one comes from Google Analytics or your Google profile, so you can open the same numbers yourself.

We count what it brings.

We don’t promise traffic. Traffic can be bought for a week. What we build is counted every month, in your name, and set up so the next piece uses what’s already there.

The 90-Day Movement Guarantee

We run your visibility check at launch and again 90 days later. If not one of these four numbers is higher (calls from your online channels, requests, visits from your Google profile, new reviews), your next month of Always-Current Site Care or your plan is free. One claim per engagement, and it applies when approvals came back inside 5 business days, the tracking stayed live, and at least 80% of the form and booking requests in those 90 days got a reply. We check that with you in your inbox and booking tool before any claim. Calls aren't part of it, because tracking sees the tap on your call button, not whether the call was picked up.

Everything stays in your name

Every account, domain and file is registered to your business. We work as a manager on it, never the owner. No exit fees, no lock-in, and a clean copy of everything whenever you ask.

One part at a time

Start with the one part that’s costing you the most. Add a second, or switch, at the start of any month, and nothing already built gets redone. Every monthly plan is month to month.
