Booking only works if it matches your real calendar
A customer who can book at nine at night without calling is a customer you didn't lose to voicemail. That holds for a salon chair, a studio session, a venue tour or a property showing. But a booking page that can't see your real calendar is worse than none: it offers a time you're already busy, and now you're the one calling to apologize.
The fix is one source of truth. One calendar holds your availability, the booking tool reads from it and writes back to it, and nothing gets offered that isn't actually open. Every appointment gets a confirmation and a reminder, so nobody relies on memory. And your contact form reaches your phone and your inbox, so an inquiry never sits unread. Whether your clients book a chair in downtown Olympia or a tour out in Tumwater, the confirmation and reminder go out the same way.
What we do
- Set up booking in Square, Calendly or Acuity if you use one, or a free Square Appointments account if not. Google Calendar works for simple booking, but several services, buffers and reminders need a paid Google plan; we tell you which before we start
- Connect it to your calendar both ways, so personal events block booking times too
- Set up to 10 services with real lengths, so each slot fits the actual work
- Add buffers between appointments, minimum notice and the days you're closed
- Send a confirmation the moment someone books and a reminder before they arrive
- Turn on cancel and reschedule links that free the slot on their own
- Put booking on your site, point the Book button on your Google profile at it, and route your contact form to your phone and inbox
- Test every path end to end before we hand it over

- Before we start
- We need access to your website, as an editor or through its builder. No access? The 30-Day Account Recovery gets it back
- How it starts
- Pay by link, then a short form: your services, how long each takes, and when you're open
- Your part
- The form. We build it, book, reschedule and cancel test appointments, and show you how to block time off
- Not in it
- Taking payment at booking (quoted)
- Tool fees
- Extra, and paid to the tool, not to us: Square, Calendly or Acuity bill you on their own plan, and we use the plan you already have. The $295 is our setup work
- Doing it yourself
- You can, and the tools are built for it. The $295 covers the parts most setups skip: real service lengths and buffers, cancel links that free the slot, the Book button on your Google profile, and test bookings made, moved and cancelled before you go live
- Guarantee
- If anything we set up stops working within 14 days, we fix it free
- Ongoing
- Covered, running Chosen, $395/mo: booking tested end to end every month, with a note on anything that broke, plus one improvement a month and 2 emails a month to past customers

Have these handy
- Your list of services and how long each one takes
- When you're open, your days off and how much notice you need
- Login to Google Calendar or your booking tool
- Access to your website editor
- The phone number and inbox where inquiries should land
- Tell us how you book
Pay by link, then fill in a short form: your services, how long each takes, and when you're open. If you already pay for Square, Calendly or Acuity, we use it. We need access to your website; if you've lost it, The 30-Day Account Recovery gets it back.
- Pick the source of truth
We choose one calendar to hold your availability and connect everything else to it, so a personal appointment on your phone blocks that slot online.
- Build and connect
We set up your services, buffers and notice rules, connect the calendar, and put booking on your site. Confirmations and reminders go out by email, or by text where your tool supports it.
- Test it end to end
We book, reschedule and cancel test appointments and send test messages through your contact form, checking each one lands on your phone, in your inbox and on the calendar.
- Handover
Booking is live within 5 business days of access, with one calendar running it, the logins in your name, and a walkthrough of blocking time off or changing a service. If anything we set up stops working within 14 days, we fix it free.
Questions owners ask.
How do I add online booking to my website?
Pick the tool first, then the site. If you already use Square, Calendly or Acuity, it has a booking page or embed we place on your site and wire to your buttons. If you don't, Google Calendar's appointment schedules handle simple booking well. Either way the booking tool has to read your real calendar, or it will offer times you aren't free.
How do I stop double bookings between Google Calendar and my booking app?
Make one calendar the source of truth and connect the booking app to it both ways. The app checks that calendar for conflicts before offering a time, and writes new bookings back into it. Double bookings usually come from two calendars that don't talk, or a sync pointed at the wrong calendar. We set it up and test it against real conflicts.
Can my booking system send text reminders?
Many can. Square Appointments sends text and email reminders. Calendly and Acuity send email reminders, with text reminders on some plans. Google Calendar booking sends email. We set up a confirmation and a reminder with whatever your tool supports, and tell you plainly if text reminders need a plan change on your side.
Why is my website contact form not sending emails?
Most often the site sends mail without authentication, so it lands in spam or gets dropped, or the form still points at an old address. We route the form to your inbox and to your phone, then send test submissions until each one arrives. If the cause turns out to be a deeper problem with the site, we tell you what it is.
Does this include follow-up with past customers?
This setup covers new bookings: the booking, the confirmation, the reminder and your contact form. Bringing past customers back, like a rebook note for a salon client or a seasonal message from a venue, is Covered, running Chosen, $395/mo: 2 emails a month to past customers, one improvement a month, and booking tested end to end. Texts to past customers come with Handled, $1,450/mo, once the carriers approve your number, and only to customers who agreed to texts.
Are Square or Calendly fees extra?
Yes, and they’re paid to the tool, not to us. Square, Calendly and Acuity bill you on their own plans, and we use the plan you already have. The $295 is our setup work: your services, lengths and buffers set, cancel links that free the slot, the Book button on your Google profile, and test bookings made, moved and cancelled before you go live.
