What is a Claude project?
A project is a workspace inside Claude that holds documents and instructions every chat in it can use. Put your services, policies, past proposals and tone notes in once, and each new conversation starts with that context. On a Team plan, with a paid seat for each person, teams can share projects so everyone works from the same source. We set yours up, test it with real questions and show you how to keep it current.
Should my business use Claude or ChatGPT?
Both work. Claude is often preferred for long documents and careful writing; ChatGPT has a wide set of built-in tools. What matters more is which one your team will actually use and which one fits the apps you already have. If you already pay for one, we build there. If not, we help you choose based on your work.
Does Claude use my business data for training?
It depends on the plan and a setting. On business plans, your data isn't used to train models. On individual plans, a privacy setting controls it, and you should check it. We set Claude up on the business's own account, review those settings with you and keep anything sensitive out of uploads.
What are Claude connectors?
Connectors let Claude read from and work in other apps, like Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar and a growing list of business tools, so it works from your real files instead of whatever you paste in. Availability depends on your plan. We connect what fits your work, check what Claude can see, and limit access to what it needs.
Can I learn to set up Claude myself?
