You run the site. We handle the stuck parts
Squarespace is built for owners to run themselves, and most do. The trouble is the handful of jobs that aren't obvious: a form sending to an old address, a domain that won't connect, booking that doesn't match your real availability.
So we work alongside you. We fix what's stuck and build what you need, and we show you where the settings live so the next change is yours to make. You keep running the site. We're the help you call when something needs a careful hand. If you’re in Olympia or Lacey and would rather sit down together, we can do the work side by side.
What we do
- Edit pages, sections and layouts that won't behave on mobile
- Build a new page from your text and photos
- Fix form blocks and where their submissions are sent
- Set up booking with Squarespace Scheduling or the tool you already use
- Connect your domain and check the DNS records point correctly
- Show you the settings, so the next edit is yours

Questions owners ask.
How do I connect my domain to Squarespace?
If the domain is registered elsewhere, you either point its DNS records at Squarespace or transfer it in. The records have to match exactly, and records removed by mistake can break your email. We connect it, check the site loads on both www and the bare domain, and confirm your email records weren't disturbed.
Why isn't my Squarespace form sending emails?
Most often the form's storage is set to an old email address, or the notices are landing in spam. We check where the form block sends, test a real submission, and confirm it arrives where you actually look. If the form also feeds Mailchimp or Google Drive, we check that connection too.
Do I need hosting for my Squarespace site?
No. Squarespace hosts the site itself. You keep running it day to day, and we're there when you need a fix or a build done properly. If you want it looked after every month, Covered, running Chosen, $395/mo, keeps the site current, tests your forms, checkout or booking, makes one improvement a month and sends 2 emails a month to past customers.
Can you just teach me to do it myself?
Yes, and that's often the point. We can do the fix while you watch, or walk you through it, so the next one is yours. Tell us when you book and we plan the time that way, so you leave knowing where everything lives.
