The back of your store shows up in front
Shopify hosts the store, keeps it online and handles the platform's security. What it doesn't do is set the store up for you. Collections that don't filter, a theme section broken by an app, shipping rates that surprise people at checkout: customers see all of it, and they leave without telling you why.
Shopify stores also collect apps. Each one can add code to your theme, and uninstalling an app doesn't always remove what it left behind. Part of the work is often cleanup: finding what's still loading, what's duplicated, and what's quietly slowing every page down. You send the list and the product details; we work it, walk the checkout on a phone and remove our access when we're done. We work with Shopify stores from Olympia to Tumwater, remotely or across a table if that's easier.
What we do
- Fix theme layout, sections and mobile display problems
- Add and edit products, variants, images and descriptions
- Build collections with the right conditions so products land where they should
- Install, configure or remove apps, including code they left behind
- Set shipping profiles, zones and rates to match how you ship
- Work on a staff account that's removed when we're done
Options
- Half day · $395Up to 4 store jobs: theme fixes on mobile, products and variants added, collections that sort themselves, an app installed or removed cleanly, shipping rates that match how you ship
- Full day · $695A store cleanup in one go: up to 10 jobs, the checkout walked as a customer, and code left by old apps removed
- How it starts
- Pay by link, then approve our collaborator request with only the permissions the job needs. It doesn't use one of your staff seats. Never the owner login
- Your part
- The list and the product details. We work it, walk the checkout on a phone, remove our access and send the done list
- Not in it
- Theme rebuilds and new stores (quoted), Shopify plan and app fees, product photos (Product photography)
- Guarantee
- If the same problem comes back within 14 days, we fix it again free
- Ongoing
- Covered, running Chosen, $395/mo: the store kept current with up to 10 small changes a month, checkout tested every month, one improvement a month and 2 emails a month to past customers. Shopify keeps hosting the store

- Add us as staff
Pay by link, then approve our collaborator request with only the permissions the job needs. It doesn’t use one of your staff seats. Never the owner login. Work starts within 5 business days of access and finishes that week.
- We work the list
We fix and set up what's on your list, checking the theme on phone and desktop as we go.
- Walk the checkout
We walk the cart and checkout as a customer to confirm products, collections and shipping rates show correctly.
- Access removed
We remove our staff account and send a done list of every change. If the same problem comes back within 14 days, we fix it again free. The store and every login stay yours.
Questions owners ask.
Do I need hosting for my Shopify store?
No. Shopify hosts the store itself, including uptime and platform security. What we do is the work inside it: theme, products, collections, apps and shipping. If you also run a separate WordPress site, Stellers Hosting covers that one.
How do I give someone access to my Shopify store safely?
Add them as a staff account from your Shopify settings, with only the permissions the job needs. Never hand over the owner login. We work on a staff account and remove it when the work is done, so nobody keeps access they don't need.
Why are my Shopify shipping rates wrong at checkout?
Usually a product isn't in the shipping profile you think it is, a zone doesn't cover the customer's region, or product weights are missing, so calculated rates come out wrong. We check profiles, zones and weights together, then walk the checkout to confirm the rates are right.
Can you help with my Shopify store every month?
Yes. Covered, running Chosen, $395/mo, keeps the store current with up to 10 small changes a month, tests checkout every month, makes one improvement a month and sends 2 emails a month to past customers. Shopify keeps hosting the store. Most owners start with a half day or full day to clean things up first, then decide.
