Google Analytics

Part of The Visibility Baseline, $350

Google Analytics 4 set up to count what matters: calls, forms, orders and bookings tracked as key events and tested, with the account in your name. Handed over in 14 days as part of The Visibility Baseline.

  1. I don't know where our calls come from
  2. Someone set up analytics years ago and nobody has the login
  3. We pay for ads and can't tell what works

Traffic counts tell you almost nothing

Plenty of sites have analytics installed and still can't answer the one question that matters: did the site produce a call, an order, a quote request or a booking? Out of the box, GA4 counts visits. It doesn't know a tap on your phone number from any other click until someone sets it up to. That's the part most sites skip.

Ownership matters too. Analytics accounts are often created by a past web person and live in their login. When they move on, your history goes with them. We set it up in your name and track the actions that mean a customer reached out, so the numbers reflect real inquiries, not just traffic. It’s the same setup whether you’re one shop in Tumwater or three locations across the South Sound.

What we do

  • Set up GA4 on your site, in an account you own
  • Track phone taps, form submissions, orders and bookings as key events. Bookings and orders in another tool are tracked where that tool allows it; if it doesn’t, we count the click to book and tell you plainly
  • Mark the confirmations that count as a customer reaching out
  • Test every tracked action end to end before handing over
  • Show you where to find calls, forms, orders and bookings in your reports
  • Every month, if you want it, on any monthly plan: tracking kept live and tested, and a one-page read of your four numbers

  1. Start with The Visibility Baseline

Pay by link, then a 20-minute kickoff and admin access to your site. GA4 is set up as part of The Visibility Baseline, alongside your listings and review link.

  2. Account in your name

We create or claim the GA4 property under your Google account and add the tracking to your site.

  3. Track what counts

We set calls, forms, orders and bookings up as key events, so each one is counted when it happens. If you run Google Ads, their numbers land in the same place.

  4. Test it

We tap the phone number, submit a form and make a test order or booking, then confirm each one shows up. Handover is 14 days from access.

  5. Day 30: your numbers, read together

A 30-minute results call with a month of tracking. At day 30 we recheck everything we set up, and anything wrong we fix free. Any monthly plan keeps the tracking live and tested every month after that.

Questions owners ask.

How do I track form submissions in Google Analytics 4?

GA4 doesn't reliably count real form submissions on its own. You set up an event that fires when a form is actually sent, usually on the thank-you message or confirmation page, then mark it as a key event. We set that up for every form, test each one, and confirm it appears in your reports.

Can Google Analytics track phone calls?

It can track taps on your phone number from the site. It can't hear the call or know how it went. We set phone taps up as a key event, so you can see how many people tried to call you from the site, next to forms, orders and bookings.

Who should own my Google Analytics account?

You should. If a past web person or agency created it in their account, your history leaves when they do. We set up GA4 under your own Google account and add ourselves only as a user, so you can remove us any time.

Why did my Google Analytics stop working?

Common causes are a theme change or plugin update that removed the tracking code, an old Universal Analytics tag that stopped collecting when Google retired it, or a cookie banner blocking it. We check the tag, set tracking up properly on GA4, and test it.
