Amazon

From $395

Hands-on Amazon Seller Central help, two ways: a listing tune-up that reworks up to 6 listings, or one workflow that keeps stock, orders and shipping in step with the tools you already use. Done within 7 days of access.

  1. Our listings got suppressed and we don't know why
  2. We sold the same item twice because stock didn't sync
  3. Our shipping settings promise days we can't hit

Amazon rewards a clean account and punishes a messy one

On Amazon, the listing is the store. A main image that isn't on a pure white background, a product in the wrong category or a missing required attribute can get a listing suppressed, and you may not notice until sales stop. Shipping templates that promise faster delivery than you can meet lead to late orders and account health warnings.

Most sellers aren't on Amazon alone. A specialty shop, a studio selling prints, a salon selling retail product: the same stock also sits on Shopify, in Square or on a shelf. If counts don't sync, you oversell, cancel, and your account metrics take the hit. We work with the tools you already pay for, based on your plan, so the numbers line up. We work with sellers around Olympia and the South Sound, whether you ship from a warehouse or a back room.

What you can book

  • Listing tune-up: up to 6 listings reworked, with titles, bullets, descriptions and backend search terms rewritten
  • Categories and attributes corrected so listings show up where shoppers filter
  • Main images checked against Amazon's rules, on pure white
  • One workflow: inventory synced with Shopify or Square, so nothing sells twice
  • Or orders flowing into your shipping tool, or shipping templates that match how fast you actually ship
  • Every workflow watched on real orders for 14 days, and fixed free if it breaks
  • Listings left ad-ready for Sponsored Products

How it starts
Pay by link, then add us as a user in Seller Central with only the permissions the job needs. We never need your main login
Your part
Access and the products that matter most. We check account health first and agree the order with you
Not in it
Sponsored Products and ad spend, Brand Registry applications, bigger catalogs and training sessions (quoted), and your selling plan and any sync or shipping app, billed to you. We use what you already pay for first and price anything new before adding it
Guarantee
If the workflow breaks within 14 days, we fix it free
Ongoing
Covered, running Chosen, $395/mo, if you also have your own site or store: your Amazon listings kept matching it every month, and 2 emails a month to customers who signed up on your site. Amazon doesn't allow marketing emails to buyers who came through it, so we never send those

Have these handy

  • Seller Central access, with us added as a user
  • Which selling plan you're on, Individual or Professional
  • The other tools holding your stock: Shopify, Square, a shipping app or a spreadsheet
  • Your best product photos and any brand assets
  • The listings or problems that bother you most
  1. Pick the format

Pay by link. A listing tune-up is a half day on up to 6 listings, paid in full. A workflow is one connection, like inventory sync, set up and tuned, paid 50/50, then watched for 14 days. If it breaks in that time, we fix it free.

  2. Access, not passwords

You add us as a user in Seller Central with only the permissions the job needs. The account stays in your name, and we never need your main login.

  3. Look before we touch

We check account health, suppressed listings, shipping settings and the tools you already use, then agree the priority list with you.

  4. Do the work

We fix listings, shipping and inventory connections in priority order, or build your workflow and watch it run on real orders. It's done within 7 days of access.

  5. Handover

You get a done list, a note of anything we found but didn't get to, and our access removed when you want it gone. Training and cleanup sessions beyond this are quoted.

Questions owners ask.

Why is my Amazon listing suppressed?

Usually something Amazon treats as required is missing or wrong: a main image that isn't on white, a missing attribute for that category, a price flagged as out of range, or a title that breaks the style rules. Seller Central flags it in your inventory, but the fix often spans several fields. We find the cause, correct it and resubmit.

Can you connect Amazon to my Shopify or Square inventory?

Yes, as a workflow, and how depends on your plan and tools. Most inventory and shipping apps need Amazon's Professional plan. Shopify's Marketplace Connect app links the two stores, and shipping tools like ShipStation or Veeqo can sit between Amazon, Shopify and Square. We use what you already pay for first and add only what's missing.

Do you run Amazon ads?

We build your listings ad-ready: clean titles, strong images, correct categories and search terms, so Sponsored Products has something good to point at. For running the ads, we've been working in the ad industry for a while. We know that a combination of good strategy and the best minds in the industry are what make the best results, so we reach out within our network of people that have proven to do similar ad styles in the past.

Can you help with Amazon reviews and seller feedback?

Within Amazon's rules, yes. We review your feedback, respond where it helps, and show you the Request a Review button, which is the safe way to ask. We don't offer incentives for reviews, buy them or promise to get bad ones removed. Amazon suspends accounts for that, and your account is what’s at stake.
