For most people, your Google profile is the front door
For a lot of customers, your Google profile is the first and last thing they see. They search, they see your hours, your photos and your reviews, and they call or tap directions without ever opening your website.
That's why small errors cost real customers. Wrong hours send people to a locked door. A pin in the wrong spot sends them down the wrong road. A duplicate listing splits your reviews and confuses Google about which one is real. Unanswered reviews read as nobody home. None of it is dramatic. All of it adds up. Search for a service in Thurston County and the map results often show up before any website does.
What we do
- Fix your name, categories, services, hours, phone and address to match everywhere else
- Put the map pin on your door or office, or set a service area if you go to your customers
- Report duplicate listings to Google, so new reviews land on one listing. Google decides on removal, and reviews on a removed duplicate aren’t always moved over
- Add current photos, your booking, order or menu link, and a first post
- Make a review link your team can text after every visit, sale or job
- Match Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp and Facebook to it, and track your calls, requests and direction taps
- Every month, if you want it, with Covered, running Found, $395/mo: a post every week, new photos every month, every review answered within 2 business days, and your listings kept matching

Questions owners ask.
Why is my Google Business Profile not showing up?
Common causes: the profile isn't verified, it's suspended, the categories don't match what people search, a duplicate is competing with it, or the searcher is too far from your location or service area. We check which one applies, fix what can be fixed from our side, and tell you plainly what Google controls.
How do I fix wrong hours on Google?
Edit them in your Business Profile and set special hours for holidays so Google doesn't guess. If your edits keep changing back, Google may be accepting suggestions from the public or pulling data from elsewhere. We fix the hours, set holiday hours, and make sure your other listings say the same thing.
Can you remove bad Google reviews?
No, and be careful of anyone who says they can. Reviews that break Google's policies can be reported, and Google decides. What we do on Covered, running Found, is answer every review within 2 business days with a calm, professional reply, which is what the next customer actually reads. Replies to 1 to 3 star reviews come to you first.
Can I learn to manage my Google profile myself?
Yes. The Owner's Session is 90 minutes working on your profile with you, so the time goes to your actual profile instead of general advice.
