Product photography

Ship us your products. We photograph them in our Olympia studio and send them back, with photos ready for your store, your marketplaces and your social.

  1. Our product photos were taken on the kitchen counter
  2. Every listing looks like it came from a different store
  3. Amazon keeps flagging our main image

The photo is the product, until it arrives

Online, nobody can pick your product up. The photos do that job: they show the size, the finish and the quality before anyone pays. When every item sits on a different counter in different light, a careful business looks careless, and buyers go to the listing that looks sure of itself.

Marketplaces also have rules. Amazon wants a pure white background on the main image, and every store looks better when the whole catalog matches. A studio fixes both: the same light, the same background and the same framing for every product, whether you send five or fifty.

What we do

  • A base kit: each product on clean white, front and two angles
  • A full e-commerce kit: the angles marketplaces ask for, details, scale, packaging and transparent cutouts
  • A lifestyle kit: your products styled in scenes that show them in use
  • Any kits combined, quoted as one job
  • Shipping included both ways, with a prepaid return label in the box
  • Every file named by product and sized for where it will run

What happens after you buy.

Have these handy

  • A product list: names, sizes, colors and how many of each
  • Where you sell (your site, Shopify, Amazon, Etsy), so we shoot to its rules
  • A few listings or photos you like the look of
  • Clean, ready-to-sell samples of each product
  • The value of what you send, for the shipping insurance in your quote
  1. Your quote

Tell us what you sell, how many products, and which kits you want. We quote the job, including shipping both ways and the turnaround.

  2. Ship it in

We send a prepaid label. You pack the products, and we check each one in when it arrives and tell you if anything came damaged.

  3. The shoot

Every product on the same setup for its kit: the white-background base, the marketplace angles, then the styled scenes.

  4. The edit

We clean up dust and edges, match color across the set, and export each file in the sizes your store and marketplaces want.

  5. Delivery and return

You get a shared folder named by product, and your products ship back in the box they came in, with the label we provided.

Questions owners ask.

How does mail-in product photography work?

You tell us what you sell and which kits you want, and we quote the job with shipping both ways included. We send a prepaid label, you ship the products in, we photograph and edit them, then ship them back and share the files.

Do you shoot to Amazon's image rules?

Yes. The base kit is shot on a pure white background with the product filling the frame, which is what Amazon asks for on a main image. Tell us every place you sell, and we shoot and export to each one's rules.

What does it cost?

It's quoted, because it depends on how many products you send, how big they are and which kits you choose. Shipping both ways is included in the quote, so there are no surprises when your products come home.

What if my products are too big to ship?

Then we come to you. On-site photography covers furniture, equipment and anything that lives in one place, and a Media Day plans a half or full production day of photo and video at your place.
