How do I make a custom GPT for my business?
In ChatGPT you create a GPT or a project, give it instructions and upload the documents it should work from. The hard part is the material: current, consistent documents and instructions that say what it should never do, like quote an outdated policy. We set it up on your account, test it with real questions and show you how to update it as things change.
Is my business data safe in ChatGPT?
It depends on the plan and the settings. Business workspaces keep your data out of model training by default. Individual plans have a data control setting you should check. Either way, keep the account in the business's name, not a staff member's, and don't upload what you wouldn't email. We set it up on your account and review those settings with you.
What are ChatGPT connectors?
Connectors let ChatGPT read from apps you already use, like Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar or SharePoint, so it works from your real files instead of whatever you paste in.
