Brand and design

From $395

Covers, event posts, one-pagers and email headers built to the look you already have, so every piece reads as one business. First drafts within 5 business days of the brief.

  1. Our covers, flyers and posts look like four different businesses
  2. Every graphic gets made by whoever's free that day

A brand is what your team reaches for.

The Stellers way is to build the pieces your team actually reaches for, on the look you already have: the posts, the covers, the menus and the headers. They land in a shared folder your team opens, with the ones you remake every week ready to edit. On-brand becomes the easy option, not the extra step.

Your look should be the same everywhere a customer meets you

Most businesses don't have a brand problem. They have a drift problem: a Facebook cover made in a hurry, an event post in a different font, a price sheet from three owners ago. Each one is small. Together they make a good business look less settled than it is, right when someone is comparing you.

We don't reinvent your look. We take the logo, colors and type you already use and build the pieces you need on top of them, so a salon's new service menu, a venue's event graphic and a property manager's vacancy post all clearly come from the same place. When someone hears about you from a friend in Olympia, a consistent look is how they recognize you next.

Have these handy

  • Your logo files, ideally including a version for dark backgrounds
  • Your brand colors and fonts, if you know them
  • A list of the pieces you need and where each will live
  • Two or three examples of design you like
  1. The brief

Pay the deposit by link, then list the pieces you need and where each one will be used. Send your logo files, colors, fonts and a few things you've made that you like.

  2. Direction

We gather your existing pieces and a few references for the new ones, so we agree on direction before anything is built.

  3. First drafts in 5 business days

We build each piece at the exact size its platform wants and keep type and color consistent across the set. First drafts arrive within 5 business days of the brief.

  4. Your edits

You review the set and mark changes. You get two rounds of edits, and finals arrive 2 business days after your last ones.

  5. Delivery

You get a folder of finished files named by platform and size: PNG or JPG for screens, PDF for anything printed. Yours to use.

Questions owners ask.

Can you make social media graphics that match my existing brand?

Yes, that's the whole point of this service. We work from your logo, colors and fonts and keep the look you've built. Nothing gets redesigned unless you ask. The goal is that a customer who sees your Instagram post, your Facebook cover and your printed one-pager recognizes the same business.

What's the difference between this and 10 Handmade Social Graphics?

10 Handmade Social Graphics is a ready-made pack: a set of social posts in your brand, scoped in advance. A half day or full day here is open design time for whatever you need: a cover, an event post, a one-pager, an email header. Pick the pack for a batch of posts, the time block for a mix.

Do I need a new logo before you design anything?

Only if what you have doesn't hold up: a blurry file, no version that works on a dark background, nothing square enough for a profile picture. If that's you, One Logo, One Brand is the place to start. Otherwise we work from what you've got, because amplifying your look beats reinventing it.

What fits in a half day of graphic design?

Up to 4 pieces built to the look you already have, like a cover, two event posts and a one-pager. A full day covers up to 10, plus editable templates for the pieces you remake every week. Both include two rounds of edits. Bigger projects are quoted.
