What we hear at the counter.
Six things owners of shops and appointment businesses tell us, and what actually fixes each one.
Our hours are wrong and Google keeps changing them back
Usually a suggested edit or a second listing nobody claimed. The Visibility Baseline corrects the profile, reports the duplicate and matches your hours on Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp and Facebook.
Customers say they can’t find the door
The pin is on the wrong side of the building. Maps Cleanup puts both maps on your real entrance, because a direction request is someone on the way in.
Half our no-shows never got a reminder
Online booking tied to your real calendar sends a confirmation and a reminder for every appointment, and cancel links free the slot on their own.
People call after hours and we lose them
The Book button on your Google profile takes the appointment while you’re closed, and your contact form goes to your phone and your inbox.
Customers keep asking if they can buy online
Gift cards, packages or products on your own site with The Online Storefront Build, paid into your own Stripe or Square account.
We have twelve reviews
A review link, a short script your team will actually say, and a QR card ready to print for the counter.

Where we’d start.
Most shops start with Google, because that’s where people check your hours and tap for directions. The rest depends on how you sell.

Directions are people planning the trip to you.
Your Google profile completed, the pin on your door, your hours matched everywhere people check, and a review card for the counter. Calls from your Google profile, call-button taps, direction requests and clicks counted from the first day.

Month to month: leave any time. If any counted item on your list misses its month because of us, that month is free. How the plans work

What we count for a shop.
Four numbers that mean someone reached for the phone, the booking or the door. Read with you every month on a plan.
- Calls
- Calls from your Google profile and taps on your site’s call button. “Are you open Sunday?” counts.
- Requests
- Bookings, online orders and messages sent through your site.
- Visits
- Direction requests and website clicks from your Google profile. A direction request is someone planning the trip in.
- Reviews
- New ones, from customers your team asked at the counter.
Questions shop owners ask.

We’re a walk-in shop. Do we need a website?
Maybe not. Plenty of shops just need their Google profile done properly, because that’s where people check your hours and get directions. The free Snapshot shows which.
Do we have to switch booking apps?
No. We set up the tool you already use, like Square, Calendly or Acuity, or Google Calendar booking if you have none. The tool’s own fees stay with you.
Can people buy gift cards or packages online?
Yes, with The Online Storefront Build: gift cards or packages where they fit how you sell, paid into your own Stripe or Square account.
Will you try to sell me something?
The Snapshot is yours to keep either way. If you want us to do the fixes, we tell you what they cost, and every price is on this page.
Whose accounts are these?
Yours. Every profile, listing and booking account stays in your business’s name. We work as a manager on it, never the owner.
Start with a free Snapshot.
Tell us what you do and where. Within two business days you get one page: what customers see when they search for you, and the three fixes we’d start with. Free, and yours to keep, whether or not we ever work together.
