The work sells. Show it properly.

For design studios, photographers, makers and craftspeople who win work on their portfolio: your work shot the way it looks in person, a site that asks for the quote or the commission, and a store if you sell pieces online.

The Snapshot is free: one page back within two business days, yours to keep.

What we hear in the studio.

Six things studio owners and makers tell us, and what actually fixes each one.

  • We do beautiful work and show it with phone photos

A Media Day shoots your work, your space and your process in one planned day, edited to one look.

  • Every template site looks like my competitors

Design built around your brand, with every page written by us, is The Custom Build.

  • Most of our work is quoted, and the site just says ‘contact us’

Each kind of work gets its own page with a quote request, each one counted, so you can see which work brings which requests.

  • We sold the last one on Etsy and again on our site

One Etsy workflow keeps inventory synced with Shopify or Square, so nothing sells twice.

  • Our product photos were taken on the kitchen counter

Product photography: ship the pieces to our Olympia studio and they come back with photos sized for your store, your marketplaces and your social.

  • Clients look me up before they call

The Visibility Baseline completes your Google profile with your real work in the photos, and the LinkedIn setup lines up your company page and your own profile.

Where we’d start.

Studios win on what people see before they ask. We start with the work itself, then give it a place that asks for the job.

Your work, shot properly.

One directed day of photo and video at your studio or on site: finished work, process and team. At least 50 edited photos and 4 short clips, edited to one look and sized for your site, your Google profile and your social.

Then, every month.

New work keeps happening. A plan keeps it in front of people. You approve what goes out, and you see the numbers.

Covered runs one part, Growing any two, Handled all three. Found is Google and your listings. Seen is your posts, photos and profiles. Chosen is your site, your quote form or store, and past customers coming back.

  1. Covered

    $395/mo

One part: we’d start with Seen

8 posts a month on up to 2 platforms you choose, written in your voice from the photos and clips you send, one short vertical video a month, and a shot list so you know what to capture.

    Start with Covered
  2. Growing

    $795/mo

Any two: for a studio, Seen and Chosen

Add Chosen: your site or store kept current with one improvement a month, your quote form or checkout tested every month, and past clients hearing from you, 2 emails a month. Plus a two-hour shoot at your studio each quarter, the first in your third month.

    Start with Growing
  3. Handled

    $1,450/mo

    All three

Add Found: your Google profile posted to every week, every listing matching, and every review answered within 2 business days. Seen steps up to 12 posts and two videos, plus a monthly call.

    Start with Handled

Month to month: leave any time. If any counted item on your list misses its month because of us, that month is free. How the plans work

Questions studios ask.

A designer working on models at a studio table
Most of our work is quoted or commissioned. Is a store the right fit?

Usually not. A quote request is your next step, so a website build gives each kind of work its own page with a request form. The Online Storefront Build is for the pieces or packages people can buy outright.

Will you change our look?

No. We build on the brand you have. Our standard builds use a proven layout with your words polished. Design built around your brand, with every page written by us, is The Custom Build.

Can you photograph pieces we ship?

Yes. Ship them to our Olympia studio for Product photography: shipping is included both ways, with a prepaid return label in the box. It’s quoted for your pieces: how many, how big, and which kits.

We sell on Etsy and on our own site. Can they stay in sync?

Yes. One workflow keeps inventory synced with Shopify or Square so nothing sells twice, or sends orders into your shipping tool with tracking sent back.

Who owns the photos?

You do. Everyone on camera signs a release on the day, so you can use every frame for your business.
